This is the terrible statistic. Getting away with rape is easy. Very, very easy.

This is both shocking and disgusting. A rapist has a greater chance of being jailed on an unpaid traffic ticket than convicted of rape. Because, you know, it wasn't "rape" rape.

As women's rights in this country are under siege, one can only ponder the implications of such medieval definitions. The chances this will be successfully challenged - as it should - decrease as women are remanded solely to the married-and-breeding category. Adding more fuel to the sexist role playing that is the jerkoff fodder for sadistic politicians, by the same token, men who are raped are apparently expected to it like a man.

This is not acceptable; it's not even human.
